Randomly, on the train;
Beatrix: I know there’s no such thing as Hell. Because Ocea and I dug through the tan bark in the playground to find it, and there was no smoke coming up, so it isn’t real.

Randomly, on the train;
Beatrix: I know there’s no such thing as Hell. Because Ocea and I dug through the tan bark in the playground to find it, and there was no smoke coming up, so it isn’t real.

Beatrix: Why don’t we go to that building? (pointing as we walk)
Me: Because that’s a church.
Beatrix: What’s a “church”?
Me: Do you know what “God” is?
Beatrix: No. What “God” is?
Me: Some people believe that someone called God created the universe and the Earth and all the things on it – you know, like dirt, trees, animals and people. Everything we have here. I don’t really believe that, so I don’t go to Church. It’s somewhere for people that believe in God. Everyone believes in different things.
Beatrix: (pauses thoughtfully) I just believe in myself.
